Should Rape Suspects Be granted Bail?

No, of course not.
Raping someone is the same as killing a person. I don't think rapists think about the end results of rape, all they think about is to fulfill their inhuman disgusting desires. They choose to satisfy their stinking desires over the vulnerable, in most cases children and women. According to statistics, SA is one of the countries with the highest rate of child rape.

If rapists can kill then they should be killed. Really these people don't deserve to live. The act of raping a three months old baby can not even be explained. I do not understand the law of SA with regard to rape convictions. I just think that the punishment given to rapists is too soft and therefore, people are not afraid of being convicted of rape. In most cases we have seen perpetrators of rape offences repeat the act which is a threat to society.

Something needs to be done about this vicious crime and it should be done quickly. I think radical lobbying against rape will be the answer to this act of abomination. A person who can't control his or her feelings is an animal with no legs period. Granting bail to rapists is simply encouraging them to carry on with their filthy acts.

  1. The fact that those suspected for rape are granted bail in this country is one of those things that agraviate the level of crime, raping some one is a criminal action and those who rape most traeted as criminals too, crime is a crime less not scale crime.
